Chocolate Chia Pudding

A yummy chocolate chia pudding with only 6 ingredients!

I know chia pudding isn't for everyone, it certainly took me a long time to get around the gooey texture but then one day I just fell in love with it. I honestly can say I will have chia pudding about 3-4 times a week, not only because I really like it but it's very easy to throw together and then stick in the fridge for 15 minutes. Obviously if you don't have the time to make and eat this at home you can do it the night before which is just as simple. It's a lovely light breakfast and just like overnight oats, you can add all sorts of flavours and toppings to suit your cravings! Like this one is very chocolatey because I know lots of you like to start the day with something sweet :)

Chocolate Orange Porridge
Lemon and Poppy Seed Pancakes
Blueberry and Almond Flapjacks


Prep: 5 minutes + 15 minutes to set or overnight
Cook: N/A


200ml Milk
2tbsp Cocoa powder
2tsp Vanilla extract
4tbsp Chia seeds
1 Banana
Mixed berries 


✿Add all ingredients for the chia pudding into 2 jars or bowls and give them a really good stir. The cocoa powder can become clumpy so you want to get rid of those lumps. 
✿If you are putting this in the fridge overnight, in the morning add a splash of milk to loosen it up before serving. If not, place the jars in the fridge about 15 minutes till set. You'll know they are done as they won't wobble. 
✿Remove from the fridge when ready to serve.
✿Chop the banana in half into slices and along with the berries put on top of the chia puddings. Enjoy!
